- All gutter and downspout meet the American Architectural Manufacturers Association (AAMA) specifications. 1405.1 “Specifications for Aluminum and copper gutters”.
- All fascia board inspected for dry rot damage. Replacing all rotted wood with new primed painted wood.
- Installing only the thickest gutter available (.032) gauge.
- Installing all size leaders – flutes, square and round.
- All copper gutters professionally soldered
